Covid-19
We are working very hard to prepare for our return to the studio, ensuring that we  reduce the infection risk and keep everyone safe. So far, we have put the following steps in place…
All staff have completed their Covid-19 safety training, so will be fully briefed on all symptoms and on the action plan should a child present with symptoms during a session.
Hand sanitising stations will be placed in every studio, with posters on display as a reminder for the students. All students and staff members along with anyone that enters the building will be expected to sanitise their hands on entry & exiting.
The studios have also all been marked up with isolation square's, which has been calculated accurately by our risk assessor.
Our dance wear shop is moving online temporarily and details of how to order will be sent out very soon.
There are a lot of other things that we are tweaking & improving to make the studio even better & magical.
Family Bingo Night
We are currently in the process of arranging a family bingo night! We thought it would be fun for us all to get together and have a bit of a giggle. Times and dates for this will be confirmed soon. Please let us know if you are interested in this, to ensure that we have enough Bingo cards for everyone. This event is for adults and children, whose bingo cards will be age appropriate and dance related.
Photo shoots
You may have noticed some amazing photographs going around on our social media platforms… we are delighted with the results of our previous photo shoot and have now decided to arrange another one. As we are sure you will appreciate as much as we would love to include every single child it is simply impossible, so further to discussions with the team, we have decided that the fairest way to select our dancers is based on dedication and commitment. Should you Son/Daughter be keen to take part, we would urge them to participate in class as often as they can. We are keen for the photographs to be of the highest possible quality and this will only be achievable if they are keeping up their classes & refining their technique.
Please note that the photo shoot is free to Mala students & each child will receive two free downloadable pictures.
Dancing at Disney
We are delighted to announce that as part of our 20th birthday celebrations we will dancing at Disneyland Paris.
This opportunity will be open to all Mala students and you are all invited along with your families. Due to Coronavirus causing disruption we are still awaiting and arranging dates and full details, but these will follow as soon as possible.
There will be plenty of time for you to plan and prepare for the trip and we will also be fundraising to help with the cost.
AS SOON AS WE CONFIRM DETAILS AND DATES WE WILL LET YOU KNOW STRAIGHT AWAY!!
